Our Mission

Life is hard, and it isn’t getting any easier. There are no cheat codes or quick fixes for your health, but being strong makes everything in life feel a little bit lighter. Everyday life requires your body to move! Whether you’re carrying a heavy laundry basket upstairs, walking the dog, or wrestling with the kids, we want you to do it without feeling drained. Our goal is to build the kind of functional strength that helps you live longer, move better, and feel confident in how you look. At The Jacked Raven, we train for real life.

Timm Santana

Flight LeAD

Timm is our Flight Lead and a NASM-certified trainer with over 15 years of experience in the gym. He’s spent over a decade learning the science of strength and is passionate about educating others so they can move safely and effectively. When he isn’t coaching in the Nest, Timm is usually found outdoors, enjoying music, or spending time with his family.

Emma Santana

Wing Woman

Emma is the Wing Woman and the positive energy that keeps The Jacked Raven organized and moving. After seeing her own life change through strength training over the last two years, she’s dedicated to supporting others as they start their own journeys. A true people-person, Emma loves family time, the great outdoors, and making sure everyone who joins the flock feels right at home.
